Producer & Project Manager
As a project manager, my primary role in every project is planning and forecasting. This role builds on my organizational, public speaking, and community management skills. As a producer, I oversee projects from ideation to publishing while making final decisions. This role builds on my leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Service Desk
Analyst
The Indigo Service Desk is all about problem-solving skills as they are the main point of contact for store and home office issues, small and large. As a Service Desk Analyst, I was responsible for troubleshooting any issue that came my way and ensured a solution was found within the time frame of our service level agreement.
Social Media

I was responsible for building a brand voice and personality for a new product; FaZe Subs. I managed all social channels, created original content, and directed several photoshoots remotely and in person. I worked closely with high-profile partners, lead weekly meetings, and ensured all messaging was aligned with the brand. This role builds on my creativity, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Corporate Relations Summer Student
One of the biggest takeaways I have from a summer at Destination Ontario is networking skills. I was able to assist with other projects and join the Federate Health Fundraising committee. This helped me to build a network outside of academics that stands strong today.

I broadcasted original content twice a week to a growing audience. As an affiliate, I monetized my content through subscriptions and virtual cheers. I taught myself how to use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Open Broadcast Software, and Audio tools, and built my own brand. I was able to build operational, technical, problem-solving, and public speaking skills.
