Master of Digital Media | September 2020 - August 2021
The Master of Digital Media allows the student to focus on an area of interest and develop a research project surrounding the topic. I spent my year focusing on the intersection between entrepreneurship and game video content creation. I set out to become a video game content creator on Twitch, applying entrepreneurial strategies and creating a best practices guideline for other creators. During my year, I built a PC from scratch, created a brand, and was invited to join the Twitch Affiliate program in under a month of streaming to monetize my content.

The Digital Media Skills certificate focuses on design and creativity using in-depth software training such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and InDesign. The certificate program provided a variety of options to allow students to customize the focus of the skills learned. I focused my certificate on digital visual arts, which involved courses in photoshop, video editing, animation, and web design.
