6ix Cycle Design Thinking Tools

 Our team used design thinking tools as a guideline for completing the project. While I composed most of the customer analysis in the report, I also created the images for the appendix to showcase the design thinking tools. I transformed our hand written mind map into an info graphic and created sample customer profiles of each of the 3 main demographics we determined.
